Ten North by Isobel Montgomery Campbell Back to browse title
I’m up on Obs and Gynae
doing women’s bits and pieces

Been there nine years now
You get used to it after a while

They’re a bit upset when they come in
so there’s all that

After twelve weeks suction’s no good
so they have to go through labour

Last shift we had a new girl
she got upset wasn’t used to it

They come out quite well formed
happens earlier than you’d expect

You deal with it. Wrap it up
put it in clinical waste

I only once had one that lived
but it was just a second or two, that’s all
